Regarding the acceptance of the company in the Tehran Stock Exchange and with the commitment to comply with the guidelines “Corporate Governance of Companies Accepted in the Tehran Stock Exchange and the Iranian Foreign Exchange” approved by the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization on July 27, 2017 and also implementing the article 42 corporate governance guidelines regarding the disclosure of executive committee information, the company has initiated the creation of specialized committees in order to improve the corporate governance system.
